Bird Name - Common Hoopoe 
Scientific NameUpupa Epops
Local Name- hurhur
Feeds- Insects - small insects,grasshoopers, pupae etc.
Size-  25-32 cm.
Weight- 46-89 gm.
Eggs- 5 Eggs (Avg).
Call-  sweet oop-oop-oop or said to be hoop-hoop-hoop
Nest-  Shaped Hollow in trees, walls cliffs etc with parochial entrance.

Identification- The bird is Very beautiful and have Magnificent features with a Distinctive feature of having a Crown on it's head The bird have marks of Black-White colour around it's back,wings and tail

Found In- In India the bird is found to be a Resident bird and is Least Concern according to IUNC.

About The Birds - It can be found anywhere on the ground or walls having a meal or in flight but mainly founds on the Grounds. It haves long Bill. The strengthened head allows the bill to be opened when probing inside the soil. the crown generally opens up on digging into the ground(soil) or on landing from the flight.

* Well every-other Bird is beautiful but One of My favorite Bird in beauty
